the restaurant staff, especially ms. monica, were friendly. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. plus, the grounds were just lovely. the big, warm swimming pool was a highlight for me too.

the room i was given felt a bit cramped, almost like it was a makeshift space.

the restaurant visit was very poor. i went for the dinner buffet, but the manager said all tables were full. he offered a table in the hot outdoor cafe. this experience was quite disappointing (especially with a child!).

I am so grateful for the wonderful welcome from mr goutam at the front office. ms. rama, ms. yuvasree, m/s muthukumaran, and somnath from the breakfast room were amazing. Their smiles and service made each morning special. mr gokul, mr kannan, and mr parthasarathy were prompt. They ensured everything was perfect.

I must say i was a little disappointed that the grounds did not have more champa trees. I think their fragrance would greatly enhance the already lush greenery. the தெச்சி பூ were beautiful, but the addition of champa trees could make the garden even more amazing!!!

The wedding hall arrangements looked perfect, showcasing attention to detail. madurai gramam's evening savouries and sweets were good. The clay pot-making lessons were a nice addition. cultural activities are provided and they are amazing.
